Delivery is made by palletline, before placing your first order please contact us to confirm access by tail lift lorry and pallet truck is suitable. (Roads that are narrow or steep may not be suitable for the tail lift lorry, pallet trucks can only travel on flat surfaces such as concrete or brick, not gravel or grass). We will arrange with you a suitable day for delivery, the logs will be delivered between 9.00am and 5.00pm. For an additional £7 the delivery can be made between 9.00am and midday or midday and 5.00pm.

To keep the cost to you as low as possible payment can only be made by transfer to our bank account (preferred) or cleared cheque.

If you would like to pay by card please visit Treeshop, the cost is slightly higher than ordering direct from us but still cheaper than other companies such as Certainly Wood offering a similar service for the same products.
